Joanne Hanson
The mountains bewitch all who come here, and many decide to stay. Joanne Hanson is one of those people. Born in New Zealand to a family that immigrated to the United States in 1961, Joanne spent 20 years in the Kansas City area before being transferred to Colorado in 1986. She learned to ski and fell in love with the landscape and the lifestyle. She and her husband bought a condo in Wildernest and spent every extra minute they had there and on the ski slopes.
When her long-time employer offered her a “golden parachute” during a company reorganization, she took it and moved to the mountains full time.
Joanne came into the real estate field with a strong work ethic and well developed people and negotiation skills. She believes that continuing education leads to success, and, as a result, is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation which less than 5% of all Realtors have achieved. She is a certified e-Pro Internet Professional. You, the Buyer or Seller, can feel confident that you are working with a knowledgeable person that will give you the best possible information and service.
Kellie Morrissey
Kellie Morrissey is a native Coloradan. She has been in and out of the county for more than three decades and has an innate knowledge of the land, community, and real estate. She has a Masters in Counseling Psychology and worked in New England for several years before realizing her dream of living in the mountains of Colorado.
Committed to finding the right space for the right person, Kellie customizes each seach to meet the different needs of her clients. She is committed to the process of developing a relationship with the buyer/seller in order to provide the most time efficient and successful home search.

Jason Adams graduated from Coldwell Banker Real Estate School and became a licensed Associate Broker in November 2005. After working just over a year in the Coldwell Banker Lakewood office Jason realized that he wanted to do what he enjoyed, being a Realtor, in a place he was passionate about, Summit County. Jason has been told from a young age that he is a bit of a perfectionist; he believes anything worth doing is worth doing right so you can count on him to provide the highest level of service available in the county.
Nicole VanOverbeke
After college, Nicole and her husband Will moved from Colorado Springs to Summit County in 1998. Avid outdoor enthusiasts they fell in love with the abundance of recreational opportunities and stunning scenic and natural beauty of the area. They call Silverthorne home and stay busy with a two year old son named Mason.
Nicole is the Closing Contracts Manager for the Mountain Living Team. She will assist you from open of escrow to the final settlement statement and the successful closing of sale. Nicole has been a fully licensed Realtor since 2001. She realized a great opportunity to work with a team leader such as Joanne in 2003. Joanne’s honest work ethic and outstanding character is what makes the team concept work.
As your coordinator, Nicole will synchronize Buyers and Sellers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, attorneys, title companies, agents and brokers to complete all the necessary functions and document execution prior to closing. She can make the whole process less chaotic and stressful. A coordinator will make going from contract to closing a smooth efficient process. It is possible for everyone involved in the transaction process to remain focused on task completion rather than repetitive follow-up. Our goal is to keep you informed and comfortable through the entire closing process.

Meredith Hanson
Meredith spent her childhood in the Kansas City suburbs, but has lived in the Colorado Mountains since 1989. After raising 2 children she decided to make some significant life changes and became a licensed Realtor. Utilizing her creative side, she effectively photographs and markets your property creating eye pleasing brochures, enticing ad copy and multitudes of marketing pieces to attract your buyer.
Drawing from her years of office and management skills she effectively manages the office, is knowledgeable of each team member’s job and is able to fill in and help out all of the team members whenever necessary. As a result, the service you receive from the team won’t miss a beat even if a team member becomes sick or takes a vacation.
