Located just 2 miles north of I-70 off Highway 9, Ruby Ranch offers a rare combination of close in proximity and large parcels of land with equestrian facilities. This gated community caters to horse enthusiasts with an 8 stall community barn, 50 acres of pasture, arena and loafing shed. Homeowners are allowed to have up to 4 horses on their own property. There are some changes happening with the community barn. If you’re interested in Ruby Ranch and the community barn ask about the current status.
Properties on the ranch are all single family homes. Most have several acres of land but not all. There are very few lots left that could be built on but those that do must follow HOA guidelines and get approval on their plans prior to builidng. The HOA is geared towards preserving the feel of the ranch.
Water is supplied to the ranch by community wells through the Willowbrook Metropolitan Water District. Each home has their own septic system. Gas, electricity, phone, cable and high speed internet service is also available in Ruby Ranch.
Ruby Ranch backs to the Eagle’s Nest Wildernest area which leads to the White River National Forest. From Ruby Ranch you can connect to the Mesa Cortina Trail, Salmon Lakes Trail, Middlefork Trail or the Gore Range Trail. The Gore Range Trail can connect you to several more trails all along the Gore Range.
