Treehouse Condos is a condominium complex located approximately halfway up Wildernest, a residential area beneath Buffalo Mountain in Silverthorne. It consists of 9 octagon shaped buildings and two clubhouses.
Each building has three or four stories. Each floor is accessed by exterior stairs. Once inside it’s an open atrium with the condos around the perimeter. There are one and two bedroom condos, the top floor units have bonus lofts. Each condo has a gas fireplace in the living room and a sliding glass door leading onto a deck. Units can have mountain views, some of Buffalo Mountain, and others can see all the way to Lake Dillon. Most buildings have additional storage lockers on the ground floor. Two of the buildings also have coin operated, laundry facilities.
The complex has wooden boardwalks running between buildings, a playground and tennis courts. The owners clubhouse is located in the middle of the complex. It’s a clubhouse, as the name implies, reserved for owners only. It has a hot tub, swimming pool, a gathering place and outside patio. The second clubhouse is located at the bottom of the complex. It is a clubhouse for owners, renters and guests. It is substantially bigger than the owners clubhouse. This clubhouse also has a pool and hot tub, racquetball court, exercise room, arcade type game room and a top floor, sitting area or party room. Common laundry facilities are also in this clubhouse.
Heat for these buildings is radiant hot water heat that is from a central boiler. As a result, heating costs are included in the homeowner association dues.
Treehouse is one of the most affordable complexes when compared with other Silverthorne complexes. It is a common entry level, type property.
