Covid-19 Updates
Two years after the start of the pandemic, we are still dealing with Covid. We all thought it would be long gone by now. Unfortunately, it seems it is here to stay. Hopefully it will just be an optional annual shot like the flu shot we have now.
Masks Are No Longer Mandatory
Summit County has dropped the mandatory mask mandate. Whether or not to wear a mask is up to the individual and the business they are entering. Signs should be posted if a mask is necessary inside public locations. Please be kind and respectful of decisions a business deems as necessary. You never know the situations others are dealing with. We are all doing the best we can.
Real Estate
Real estate agents work for a business. Those businesses have rules. Because nothing is mandated right now, rules can vary. It's best to discuss what is required with your agent when looking at properties. Homeowners have a say too and can decide they would like visitors to their home to mask up. With few properties for sale right now, it is in your best interest to take the seller's wishes into consideration when shopping for a home.
Our Commitment
We have been committed to providing service to buyers and sellers during the pandemic while staying as safe as possible. As we exit the pandemic (hopefully), that commitment has not changed. We follow recommended safety protocol and ask you to do the same. We are happy to help with your real estate transactions and continue to provide the service you expect and deserve.
