It seems the changes to what is allowed or not is constant. Coronavirus is keeping us on our toes and adaptable. The rules are either going to change, just changed or have been clarified giving us more direction. It is difficult to keep up, especially for those that don't live in Colorado and are looking to come either for a visit or to stay in their second homes.
Masks No Longer Required
Masks are no longer required indoors if you have been vaccinated. Of course, each business has a say in what their requirements are so the rule of thumb is to have a mask with you and be prepared to put it on if necessary. If you haven't had your vaccine yet, a mask is recommended but not required, unless the business requires it. As long as we can keep Covid numbers low, masks may just be a thing of the past. It's amazing to see smiles again!
Real estate rules are not very well defined right now. Mask wearing in homes is at the owner's discretion. So far, our experience has been that masks are not necessary for most owners but when in doubt, mask up. Open houses are allowed again and we are getting back to pre-pandemic practices.
We have been committed to providing service to buyers and sellers during the pandemic while staying as safe as possible. As we exit the pandemic (hopefully), that commitment has not changed. We follow recommended safety protocol and ask you to do the same. We are happy to help with your real estate transactions and continue to provide the service you expect and deserve.
