
According to the FHFA, home prices rose 4% nationwide when comparing the first quarter of 2025 to 2024’s first quarter.
Rhode Island topped the list showing 11.4% home appreciation and Hawaii brought up the rear with a 2.2% decrease. Colorado ranked well below the national average at number 44 seeing just a 1.93% increase.
Summit County’s median, residential, sale price came in just below Colorado’s home appreciation with a 1.67% increase.
