Tennis Townhomes in Keystone is a private neighborhood off of Hwy 6 in Keystone. 14 buildings comprised of 45 individually owned condos plus a clubhouse make up the complex. There are 29 two bedroom condos, 14 three bedrooms and 1 four bedroom condo, many with additional dens that can easily function as an extra bedroom. Lots of green space behind the townhomes makes it feel like it is away from it all but it is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Keystone Resort’s base area.
Open space & convenience
Wide, open lands and National Forest are just across Tennis Club Road from the Tennis Townhome complex. Because of this, it’s not uncommon to see wildlife here. Keep your eyes open and you may spot a couple of deer or a moose from time to time. A paved path takes you through the complex to the clubhouse or out to the Lodge & Spa parking lot. From there, you can take the tunnel under Hwy 6 and enjoy happy hour at the restaurant inside the lodge & spa. Keystone Lake is practically next door from here where you can paddle boat in the summer, skate in the winter & shop or dine anytime.
Hiking & biking
Connect to the nearby, single track hiking/biking trails and you can trek all the way to Dillon if you want. The paved rec path is just across Hwy 6 and will take you to Lake Dillon, beyond to Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breck. You can take it pretty much anywhere in the county and even over to Vail Pass if you are an amazing athlete.
Alpine skiing
Of course Keystone Ski Resort is right here, just down the street from Tennis Townhomes. The shuttle stop is right in the parking lots. There are several other ski areas that are so close they might need to be checked out too. Arapahoe Basin is not much further up Hwy 6 towards Loveland Pass. There’s some amazing terrain just waiting to be enjoyed. Loveland is just on the other side of the pass and has great deals on season passes for seniors. The qualifying age is 70 and up at last check. Breck and Copper are the other two ski areas in the county and Vail and Beaver Creek are just over Vail Pass. Or head towards Leadville and enjoy the quiet days at Ski Cooper. There’s no way anyone can be disappointed with the skiing options here.
Parking & shuttle
There are parking spots off the road near every building with stairs down to the townhomes. A few overflow spaces are in the adjacent public lot for those busy times. A shuttle bus stop on Tennis Club Road makes catching the free shuttle to Keystone Ski Area so easy. Boot up at home, jump on the shuttle & you’ll be on the slopes before you know it.
Tennis Townhome Amenities

For the day off or when it’s recuperation time, Tennis Townhomes has a clubhouse with a heated pool, hot tub and sauna. Enjoy a swim, soak or sweat right in the neighborhood. Take the path through the neighborhood or drive around the block and park right in front. Either way, it’s easy and super convenient.
Tennis Townhomes is a great place to be in Summit County. It’s close to many so many great adventures just waiting to happen.
