Winter Events in Summit County

Bonfire at Ullr Fest

The ski areas are opening so it’s officially ski season in Summit County. That means more than just skiing and riding for the next six months or so. It means happy hours at nearly every restaurant and bar. It means not only holiday events but weekend events and live music. There’s festivals just because it’s winter and it’s fun. There’s amazing skiers and riders competing at our favorite mountains. We can dine on the mountain or hike up to breakfast. We can watch them carve the ice in Breck or ride the pow on the mountains. No matter what you enjoy, there’s so much to do all winter long.

Below is a list of what is happening around the county. It is not all inclusive although we tried to include as many events as we could find. More may be added as the season gets underway.
