Saturday, April 27th was our 4th annual Beachin’ at the Basin and 2019 client party. We reserve a spot on the beach, set up a tent, serve food and drinks to clients and friends and have a great time. Jason & I are generally too busy to get out and ski but most everybody else hits the slopes. This year was another year with great weather for the beach.
This year’s beach party had pulled pork sandwiches, chips, potato salad, fruits and vegies, elk sausage, beer and pop. We had a pink flamingo in attendance this year along with a hula skirt and a huge photo frame for some fun photos. There was 5″ of fresh snow overnight, which was a nice treat for a spring day. The day was fairly warm with a few gusty winds and soft snow in the afternoon; a typical spring day. We had a good turn out. We got to see some clients we hadn’t seen for a while. Everyone got to visit with one another and hopefully make some new friends in the county.
We love holding these parties. It gives us an opportunity to socialize with past clients that we may not have seen for a while. In real estate, especially second home real estate, we tend to be in your life a lot while you are buying or selling but after that, it’s harder to keep in touch. Special events like this help us show our appreciation to our clients. It’s a way to say, “thank you.” It’s important to us that our clients know we appreciate the fact that they trust us with their real estate needs. We try and show our appreciation in a variety of ways, client parties are just one of the things we do.
