Breckenridge is the largest community in Summit County. Although town limits are just 5.5 square miles, some additional, unincorporated Summit County is also known as Breckenridge. It ranges from Swan Mountain Road at Farmer's Corner south all the way to the border with Park County on top of Hoosier Pass. There are some great ski-in, ski-out neighborhoods, some homes with spectacular slope views and some secluded, single family homes.
