The Cirque is a condo complex located between West and Center Villages at Copper Mountain Ski Resort. The Cirque is a quarter share condo complex. That means every property is divided into four shares and is owned and sold individually.
The Cirque is 100% residential with an underground parking garage. There are 2 stories of condos ranging in size from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. The building has two wings that angle out from center. In the center, toward the ski mountain are the outdoor amenities. Outdoor amenities include a heated swimming pool, heated wading pool, hot tub, fire pit and grilling area. There are more amenities indoors that include a fitness center, ski lockers, a lobby , media room, and kids play room. There are common laundry facilities in the building although most units have their own washer/dryer. Elevator access is available, which is exactly what you need after an amazing ski day! HOA dues include all of your expenses except cleaning fees. Property taxes and homeowner's insurance are even included!
Because it is a quarter share complex, all owners have ski lockers in the lower level that are accessible any time. There are also restrooms and an outdoor lot to make day skiing super convenient. Access to the slopes is really easy. A short trek will take you across the river to the ski slopes where a short ski will take you to the Woodward Express (formerly the Union Creek Quad), which will whisk you up the mountain. If you prefer, you can take the sidewalk for a short jaunt to the American Flyer lift, a 6-pack lift with a bubble in Center Village.
