Area Info
Copper Springs Lodge is a condo complex located at the base of the Super Bee lift in East Village at Copper Mountain Ski Resort. It is the newest residential building in East Village. Most of the condo development at Copper happened in the 70s. Then, when the ski resort was owned by Intrawest, they made a lot of changes at Copper Mountain. From 1998-2000 several condo buildings were built. Most in Center Village, at the base of the Eagle and Flyer lifts, and Copper Springs Lodge in East Village. Since then, there have been a few developments, mostly towards West Village.
Copper Springs Lodge is 100% residential with an underground parking garage. There are 4 stories of condos ranging in size from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. The building has two wings that angle out from center. Depending on the location in the building, the condos can have direct ski slope views, Sky Chute views with ski slopes to the side, or look towards the mountains over the golf course. The building has two hot tubs, a fitness center, ski lockers, a lobby with TV and a pool table. There are common laundry facilities in the building too. Elevator access is available, which is exactly what you need after an amazing ski day! HOA dues include all utilities except phone service. Cable and internet are also included.
There is a bus stop in front of the building that will take you to Center or West Village at Copper. Another bus stop just to the east, will take you into Frisco or most places in the county. Copper Station is across the street which includes a restaurant, ski shop and Copper's Guest Services. Beyond Copper Station is the Super Bee lift and, in the summer, golf.
