Wheeler House is a condo complex located across the street from the Super Bee lift in East Village at Copper Mountain Ski Resort. It is an easy ski back home at the end of the day. In the summer, it backs up to the 8th fairway of the Copper Creek golf course with the start of the course just across the street.
Wheeler House is 100% residential with an underground parking garage and small gated lot. Condos located on the back of the building have views of the ski slopes the front of the building looks towards the Sky Chutes. The Sky Chutes are several avalanche chutes on the backside of the Ten Mile Range that look like the letters S-K-Y.
There is an elevator in the building and laundry facilities located off the garage. Parking spaces are assigned and most have some sort of lockable storage unit at the front of their parking space.
