La Riva del Lago is a condo complex located in downtown Dillon. It was built on the roof of a commercial building. The commercial building houses the bowling alley, restaurants and shops. A parking garage is available to the residential owners with a private elevator that takes them to the rooftop. There is no direct access from the commercial building to the residential portion.
The condos are mainly townhome style, like row houses, so there are common walls on the sides of the condos but no one above or below. Most of the condos are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units but there are several 3 bedroom condos. Basically the condos are around the edges of the building with some units looking toward Lake Dillon and others looking toward the ball field. All 2 bedroom units have outdoor decks off the living room to take in the views, however, some decks are larger than others. One bedroom is on the main level and the master suite is upstairs. Each unit has their own washer and dryer and mechanicals. La Rival Del Lago HOA dues cover the exterior maintenance of the residential units, the parking garages and elevator.
Downtown Dillon is on the shore of Lake Dillon. The marina, amphitheater, shops & restaurants are the major attractions. Many events, like beer gardens and the farmers market, are held downtown. A paved rec path winds it's way around the lake to Frisco, and beyond.
