Cedar Lodge Condominiums consists of 42 studio condos in one building on Granite Street, just one block off Main Street, in Frisco. It is a secure access building so a code is required to get inside. There are two nice lobby areas, one with a tv and bar area, bathroom and a hot tub room on the main level. All the condos are on the second or third floor but have elevator access. The building has assigned parking with some condos having a space in the underground parking while others have a spot outdoors in the lot. A ski/storage locker for each unit is located in the garage.
The condos are all studios that vary slightly in width. A central hall runs down the center of each floor with condos on either side of the building. As a result, some condos face north looking towards Main Street, and the other side of the building faces south towards Peak One.
Cedar Lodge homeowner association dues are all inclusive with the exception of the electricity. Each condo has it's own hot water heater and electric baseboard heat.
There are three main features available in these condos; decks, gas fireplaces & underground parking. Some units have all three, others have none. They were built with economy kitchens but many have been updated adding full kitchens. As a result of the variety of features pricing can vary a surprising amount.
