The Reserve is a single family neighborhood located between Whole Foods and Main Street near I-70. Some of the more expensive homes in Frisco can be found in this neighborhood. In order to develop the land, the Town of Frisco had some conditions on how things could be done.
The development is all custom homes with a few lots that haven't been developed yet. There are architectural guidelines that must be adhered to when building. There is some open space between lots with trails that run through the neighborhood. Some areas of The Reserve have nice mountain views. The neighborhood is strongly covenent controlled and has HOA dues. Some important considerations in this neighborhood include parking and lot coverage.
