Antlers Gulch is a group of 29 townhomes in five different buildings. The floor plans will vary from building to building but they are all 2 or three bedrooms with a one car garage.
The townhome complex is located off of Highway 6 on the way to Keystone Ski Resort. It is practically across Highway 6 from the Keystone Golf Course.
Association dues do not include electric service but do include your other utilities. Antlers Gulch does have a common hot tub for residents and their guests. Until recently, it was the only development on that side of the road so in good times, there was a bus stop and in lean times, they stopped service. As more and more people move into this area, I suspect a bus stop will be coming again, and this time, staying.
