Autumn Brook Townhomes is a small complex of 5 townhomes in two buildings. The townhomes have 3 bedrooms, garages and decks. Many have private hot tubs. HOA dues are low, especially for Keystone.
The Autumn Brook complex is located across Hwy 6 from Keystone Resort. There are a Keystone shuttle & Summit Stage stops nearby although it is about a 10 minute trek to the Peru lift if you prefer. One of the few commercial strip centers in nearby offering restaurants, groceries & ski rentals.
Because it is a small complex, these townhomes do not come up for sale often. They make good second homes, primary residences or can be short term rentals under Summit County's rental regulations.
