Tennis Townhomes is a complex made up of 44 townhomes in Keystone. There are two and three bedroom townhomes plus a den that is open to the living area. Some of the dens have been closed off and are being used like bedrooms. The townhomes can have 2 units in a building, like a duplex or in a row of 4 or 5. None have garages but there is ample off street parking, and even a little overflow in the neighboring lot for the conference center. Some units have storage space below the townhome.
Tennis Townhomes is on Tennis Club Road in Keystone and sits just above the Keystone Tennis Club. Paved paths and trails run through the neighborhood allowing for easy access to the Tennis Club as well as the pool building.
Community amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna and restrooms.
Tennis Townhomes were built in the 70's and have electric baseboard heat. Most have a gas fireplace in the living room that can be utilized for an additional heat source.
