Know your Home
It is definitely a plus if you know your home. You know that in a wind storm, the front door needs to be locked so it doesn’t blow open. You know where the puddles collect during spring runoff. You know the heat tape is placed correctly to prevent ice dams and when to turn it off and on. It is important you pass this type of information along to your property management company. We will pass it along to the tenants and help to keep an eye on potential concerns. If you don’t know your home because you just bought it or rarely use it, let us know that too.
Property Checks
Property checks go hand in hand with the information you provide us about your home. We make periodic checks on the property, both inside and out. With tenant permission we walk through the home and look for any areas of concern. We will be observing the snow and ice in the winter and the moisture in the spring and summer. We cannot guarantee our property checks will catch every issue that could be starting but we do our best to be thorough and detail oriented, having discussions with the tenants as needed.
Electronic Signatures
Occasionally we have contracts or other documents that need to be signed. We have electronic signature capability making it possible for you to easily review and sign documents where ever your location.
Peace of Mind
We handle finding and screening tenants, leases, maintenance calls, collecting rent, and more. You don’t need to be here to assess a concern, to find a technician to make repairs, or to ensure work has been performed. We utilize our local contacts and technology to give you the assurance and comfort you need to know your asset is being taken care of.
