Treehouse Condos are located in Wildernest. There are 13 octagon shaped buildings with condos around the outer circumference and an open atrium in the center of the building. Each building has three or four stories of one or two bedroom condos. The top floor condos have lofts. Some condominiums will have great views of Buffalo Mountain, Peak One or Lake Dillon.
There are two clubhouses for the complex. The larger clubhouse has a pool, hot tubs, exercise room, racquetball, a game room, lounge, sauna and coin operated laundry. The second clubhouse is for owners only. It has a lounge, pool and hot tub. The complex is connected with wooden walkways that wind between buildings. Along the pathway you'll find a playground and tennis court for Treehouse residents.
Individual units are not allowed to have washer & dryers. There are coin operated facilities in the clubhouse, as mentioned above, and in basement of two of the buildings. HOA dues are all inclusive covering all utilities.
