Boulevard Bend is a newer condo complex in Frisco. It consists of two buildings built in 2010. It is located off of Summit Boulevard just north of Main Street. Many units have great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. They are conveniently located near Lake Dillon and the marina, the paved rec path and Main Street and all it has to offer.
There are a variety of condos and floorplans available in Boulevard Bend. They range from one to four bedroom units with garages. Several units are deed restricted, meaning they are for county employees. All upper level units and multi-level units have private elevator access. Finishes and features were higher end for the year built.
