Summit Sky Ranch
This new development in Silverthorne has been underway for a couple of years now. It is a neighborhood of single family homes near The Raven Golf Course. Construction hasn’t even started yet on this luxury, townhome, new development at Madison & Galena in Frisco.
Estates on Galena
13 single family and duplex homes located in Frisco at 2nd & Galena. Construction is underway. However, this new development is nearly sold out.
Mary Ruth Cabins
Almost completed, this deed restricted development in Frisco will be available for rent to Frisco or Copper Mountain employees. And they allow pets!
Sail Lofts
A condominium high rise in downtown Dillon. Therefore, many of the units on the higher floors will have lake views. See listings here.
