It’s that time of year again. Builders are wrapping up projects they have been working on all summer, and then some. These amazing homes have been cleaned and staged and are now ready for the Parade of Homes in Summit County for 2019!
This year there are 11 homes on the Parade of Homes, Summit County tour. Keystone Silverthorne and Copper each have one home on tour, Dillon has two and there are six in Breckenridge. It may be difficult to get to all 11 in one day. Luckily, for one $20 ticket, you can go any or all of the four days the homes are open for the Parade. Make time to check out the homes for at least one day during the last two weekends of September; the 21st, 22nd, 28th and 29th. They are open from 10am to 5pm.

We were able to get a sneak peek of the homes before the tour started today. We didn’t make it to Breck but made it to all the other homes. There are some amazing homes again this year. You”ll see the trends tend to be quartz countertops, concrete floors, whites and grays, modern and industrial features, and creative lighting.
Home number 4 boasts not only an interior waterfall but multiple water features that can be enjoyed from both outside and inside. And the views! The Gore Range is nicely framed out nearly every window of the home.
The Keystone home, the first on the Parade’s list, has tons of outdoor living space. It takes full advantage of the views of the ski slopes of Keystone with multiple seating areas around firepits, and a hot tub to soak in while watching the snowcats groom the mountain at night.
I could go on about these and the other three homes we saw but ultimately, you should take a look for yourself. We may have to get to Breckenridge and check out the rest of them too. You have this weekend and next weekend to do it.
