It’s been a little while, maybe a month or so, since I’ve made a new video or posted a blog. It’s been the holidays, the end of the year, we had family in town, a lot of stuff going on and it’s been hard to fit everything in. Needless to say, the videos didn’t really make it on my to do list. Now that it’s the new year, the chaos is over, hopefully. There’s a little more time to focus more on the important stuff and to begin working on my 2020 goals.
2020 Goals
Goals are one of those not so good things for me. I can usually start out motivated and excited but as the day to day winds up, the motivation dwindles and before you know it, I’m back to where I was before; not doing what I want and moving toward my goals.

You don’t need to scour the internet looking through properties only to discover hours have gone by and you have accomplished nothing. I’ll be sending you properties that could work for you. Just look through those. Depending on your search, it could be a couple a day or one or two a week. This will break down your big goal into bite size pieces. It’s much easier to digest.
I am here to answer your questions. Tell you about short term renting. Tell you about the area. Whatever you need to know. Again, you don’t need to spend hours online investigating.
2020 Goals for Sellers
If you’re a seller, I will help you decide how much your property is worth, what your competition is and how long it should take to sell. When you’re ready to sell, I’ll handle everything. We’ll get it photo ready. We’ll get all the HOA information, we’ll market it, set up showings, get feedback afterwards and more. When we get an offer and you are under contract, we continue to handle everything. We’ll tell you about your buyer, how much money you’ll net, where to sign and when to show up. Again, we can do most of the heavy lifting for you.
